Assessment

We perform external evaluations from different approaches according to the emergent needs and potentials of the projects, organizations and communities in question.

Regenerative Assessment of Strategic and Structural Processes (systemic evaluation)

Regenerative evaluation is a systemic approach that measures the impact of strategies, structures and processes within a system, including its social, economic and environmental connections. This methodology uses diagnostic tools such as Complex Systems Theory and Theory U to identify how individual and collective actions influence the regeneration of human and ecological ecosystems. Its aim is to ensure that the processes, policies and practices implemented are aligned with the regenerative principles and contribute to a deep change and continuous development.

Analysis of the value chain and systemic interconnections: We evaluate the internal processes of the organization and how they interact with the natural, economic and social environment. We identify areas that generate regenerative value and those that could contribute to the degradation of systems.

Evaluation of processes and organizational infrastructure: We analyze the structures and processes of the system to identify weak points and obstacles that affect their resilience and their ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Detailed report and recommendations: We provide detailed reports with deep analysis of the environmental, social and economic impact of strategies, structures and processes. It includes specific recommendations to optimize these elements and ensure that they are aligned with the regenerative principles, and this improves the overall resilience of the organization.

Evaluation of capabilities and organizational resilience

The Evaluation of Organizational Capacities and Resilience is an integral process that examines how an organization adapts, innovates and maintains its resilience to internal and external changes. This methodology values the organization's ability to manage risks, maintain a flexible structure and self-management. Through this approach, the areas of improvement and strength that guarantee the continuity and adaptation of an organization to changing social, economic and environmental challenges are identified, especially in a transitional context towards sustainable and regenerative models.

Analysis of organizational culture and adaptability: We evaluate the organization's ability to manage change by analyzing its internal culture, communication systems and its response to uncertainty.

Use of systemic methods: By applying the Theory of Complex Systems and Theory U, we identify invisible dynamics, energy flows and interdependencies that influence operational processes. This approach allows us to detect how each element within the organization contributes to the entire system.

Methods and tools to measure resilience: We have developed frameworks such as the "8 phases of the Bioregional Governance" and the "Seismograph" qualitative evaluation tool to assess the organizational capacity to achieve resilience, recover and grow before the complex challenges of the current context. We provide specific recommendations for improving self-management capacity and structural flexibility.

Evaluation of participatory culture and governance

Participatory evaluation and governance is a methodology that analyzes the quality of participatory processes in political and organizational decision making. The main objective is to measure the effectiveness of governance by ensuring that decisions are inclusive, transparent and reflect the needs and aspirations of the community. This approach promotes decentralized and distributed, inclusive and dynamic governance that encourages collaboration and social cohesion, through participation and intersectional dialogue between various actors in decision processes.

Evaluation of participatory processes: We measure the degree of community involvement in political and organizational decision making, analyzing how diverse voices are integrated and the transparency of the decision process.

Study of inclusive and decentralized governance: We evaluate local governance processes, including the creation of village councils, as mechanisms to ensure active participation and cooperation between different actors in the territory.

Indicators of trust and collective impact: We have developed the Iltiŕboran ("complete community" in iber) tool that allows us to measure social cohesion, trust and quality of governance processes through qualitative and quantitative indicators, to assess the direct impact on the community and changes in their social dynamics.

We approach complexity from design to distill creative and effective solutions that catalyze positive, deep and durable impacts.
