Systemic facilitation for complex conflict resolution
Systemic facilitation for the resolution of complex conflicts is a process designed to address tensions and conflicts that emerge between groups or within organizations, analyzing them from their systemic dynamics. We are based on the systemic facilitation of Bugui Garcia and the use of dynamics systems thinking, to understand the deep causes of the conflict and find ways for the resolution involving all stakeholders.
Complex conflict management: We accompany organizations and communities in identifying internal and external tensions, creating a safe space for discussion and resolution through mediation and inclusive dialogue processes.
Facilitation of reconciliation and collective sanction spaces: We use systemic facilitation tools to transform conflicts into collective growth opportunities. This includes facilitating deep conversations that help unlock dynamics rooted in the shared history of participants, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
Co-creation of agreements and protocols of coexistence: We facilitate the creation of rules and mechanisms of coexistence that allow the parties involved to work together in the same direction, respecting systemic dynamics and promoting mutual respect.
Facilitation of cultural transformation processes
The facilitation of cultural transformation processes focuses on changing the internal structures of a community or organization to create an inclusive, just and regenerative culture. We work with the Warm Data Labs of Nora Bateson, this process facilitates the understanding of the transcontextuality of the interdependence relationships of organizations and communities, allowing us to weave the complexity that orients us towards resilience.
Facilitation of processes of self-knowledge and cultural reflection: We accompany organizations and communities to identify their internal narratives and to revise beliefs that guide their behavior, from the optics of social justice and cultural regeneration.
Creation of cultural transformation workshops: We will facilitate spaces for deep reflection on cultural dynamics that can be limiting collective growth. Through interactive processes, organizations and communities can transform their internal values, beliefs and practices towards more inclusive and regenerative models.
Development of strategies for diversity recognition and integration: We facilitate the design of strategies to include all voices, with an inclusive approach, recognizing the diverse cultural, gender, neurodiving and others identities, with a firm commitment to social and environmental justice.
Facilitation of collective cocreativity processes
The facilitation of collective cocreativity processes seeks to integrate several perspectives to develop shared solutions that are created together among all actors involved. Through methodologies such as Jenny Mackewn's Cocreative Facilitation and techniques such as Open Space Technology, we provide open and creative spaces where the voices of all participants are listened and have influence on the results.
Design of cocreative workshops: We accompany groups to create interactive workshops where participants can contribute their ideas, opinions and knowledge to develop solutions that adapt to the specific needs of the territory or organization.
Facilitation of joint innovation processes: We promote the creation of innovative projects or initiatives through a co-creation process in which synergies are sought between different actors. This is done through techniques such as the World Café, Possible Futures and Radical Imagination, which allow a productive and inclusive discussion.
Implementation of ideas generation processes: We use tools such as Mind Mapping and Systemic Brainstorming to generate and prioritize innovative ideas collectively, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the organization or community.
