Participatory processes.
Regenerative participatory processes are a methodology that encourages active community collaboration to generate solutions that promote systemic resilience. These processes are based on the creation of inclusive spaces where the voices of all members of the community, emphasizing those of marginalized collectives (Edge Work), are listened and integrated. Through innovative methodologies such as cocreative facilitation and « creativity, these processes seek to create collective solutions that reflect shared needs and generate a long-term transformative impact.
Facilitation of inclusive participatory processes: We create spaces where the voices of the entire community, emphasizing those of vulnerabilized groups, are listened and integrated, promoting the construction of collective solutions based on shared values.
Regenerative governance models design: We accompany the design of new local governance structures, such as village councils, to promote collaboration, transparency and adaptability, integrating several local actors in decision making.
Facilitation of co-creation processes: We help create dynamic spaces of work in common between people and groups to generate disruptive solutions and create greater social cohesion.
Public policies.
Regenerative public policies are regulatory frameworks designed to be flexible, adaptable and open, with a focus that integrates community participation in all stages of the political process. These policies seek to promote long-term social, economic and environmental sustainability, while maintaining a continuous adaptability to social and territorial changes. Its application involves the creation of legal frameworks that guarantee inclusion, transparency and open government.
Strategic support in regenerative design: We accompany governments in the design of public policy co-production processes that are able to adapt to the changing dynamics of the territory and the needs of the community, promoting transparency and open government.
Co-production of public policies: We create mechanisms to actively involve the community in the creation, execution and evaluation of public policies, ensuring the inclusion and representation of all voices involved in decisor processes.

Evolution of local democracy.
The evolution of local democracy is a process involving the adaptation of governance structures and the improvement of community participation to face the challenges of the current systemic crisis. The creation of village councils is one of the most effective tools to strengthen local democracy, as it facilitates collaboration between the city council and other social, economic and cultural actors. These councils promote a more adaptive, flexible and resilient democracy.
Design and facilitation of village councils: We accompany municipalities in the creation of village councils to improve coordination between local actors and strengthen participatory and inclusive democracy.
Application of dynamic governance methodologies: We implement Sociological 3.0 and other regenerative governance methodologies to ensure that decisions are inclusive, transparent and that allow continuous adaptation to context changes.
