La Directa interviews Erika Zárate

[...] I try to ask the questions so that at some point there is some kind of shift in consciousness. It is planting the seed of a majestic tree. I look for every way to speed up this change, but it is a structural, cultural, slow change. Little by little it will grow, and it is already sprouting."

So says Erika Zárate in her interview with Berta Camprubí in the November 2024 issue of El Suplement de La Directa, a print edition entitled "Dones entre lluites" (Women among struggles), which gathers experiences of women defending life and land from all over the world.
