I have always had a deep need to express myself, first through writing, then with music, and finally through the production and promotion of cultural and community projects. Writing was my first tool, the refuge from where, from an early age, I could order thoughts and emotions. Over time, I understood that communication was not just the fact of telling stories, but trying to make them possible.
I studied journalism at the Autonomous University of Barcelona thinking that I would fall in love with a profession that feeds on curiosity and research to generate positive changes in the territory and the community. Disappointed with my first professional experiences, I realized that maybe I could fit another type of communication: more tangible, more linked to creation and action. And away from the capital.
I returned to the Garrotxa, but not before I started as a sound technician at the Microfusa School. It was in 2020, and amid the chaos of the pandemic, Resilience Earth appeared. They were looking for someone young, from the region and with experience in communication. Bingo! In 2023, after two years as a worker, I became a member of the cooperative. And over time, my role within this has evolved naturally.
What began to be exclusively a communication role has been giving over time more space to the production, management and execution of projects in different formats, especially focused on a cultural and youth field. During these years I have been working on conferences, festivals and cultural events of different format, always with the desire to generate spaces that connect people and groups with shared values. I have learned to move between strategy and creation, between idea and materialization.
Now, I explain the potential of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, to integrate them into creative and organizational processes. Not from a fascination with innovation itself (which also), but as a tool to expand capabilities, improve processes and make cultural and social projects more accessible and sustainable.
I am someone who articulates, translates and materializes. I am not specialized in a single field, but I do try to generate in all the projects and processes that I collaborate, the conditions for things to happen, and to happen significantly.
