Exploring between roots transformo."

Facilitating and facilitating

"The roots intersect while growing in depths. What is socially uncomfortable in the forest is a response of life and regeneration. I believe in belonging to the forest and being a role for change."

My desire to see and be part of the change in the face of a social paradigm with which I did not agree, together with the desire to keep creativity alive and open new horizons, has led me through different paths. I started my career as a product design engineer with the purpose of questioning and transforming the consumer model, productivity and material management, aware of the global impact they generate. At the same time, I went on a path to a rural community, understanding that change could be more agile, deep and consistent from the cooperation rooted in rurality. In this context, I discovered the facilitation of groups, and found my place as a change process manager.

Being able to slowly explore and enjoy diverse territories, knowing multiple ways of doing, observing, stopping and experimenting with new roles and perspectives has given me confidence and conviction to believe in new possibilities. From this experience, I accompany collective processes with the certainty that we need to learn other ways to relate to ourselves and the environment to regenerate social systems.

I am a facilitator in community processes and development of social entities. As a Resilience.Earth worker, I facilitate participatory processes and strategic community plans in rural contexts, with a view that combines collective governance and territorial regeneration. I am also part of the technical team of the Ateneu Cooperatiu de les Terres Gironines, accompanying entities of the social and solidarity economy and promoting intercooperation from a regenerative perspective.

From a tender and rebellious look, I work to be able to reconcile and promote the necessary changes. My work is based on listening and strategic reflection, always remembering and remembering where we come from, who we are and what is in the complexity of the ecosystem.
